Expo World Travel can advance block rooms for any event at your chosen hotel(s) and provide a dedicated and specifically designed booking page, tailored to your group’s needs, for your team to make their hotel reservations from the pre-reserved block. Your group’s co-ordinator can choose a bespoke range of options to be added to the page, including, but not limited to;
- Company branding
- Flight/Train booking service
- Links for event registration, opening times, hotels websites, travel information etc.
- A message board to communicate to your team, when they need to arrive on stand, when and where the team briefing/party/dinner will take place, contact numbers etc.
- Area maps, public transport timetables, taxi numbers etc.
- Recommended Restaurants
Flexible Payments
“ExpoPlus” offers flexibility when it comes to payment too. If you prefer to receive one invoice for the whole group, split by department or with each individual colleague settling their own accounts by credit card, we are happy to help.
In addition Expo World assign a dedicated account manager to each company to liaise with its team members should they require further assistance and provide the groups co-ordinator with regular reports of room uptake, changes and cancellations so they can monitor their room block accordingly.
